What are you doing this weekend?

I hope attending the Seventh Annual Downtown Housing Expo and Open House is marked on your calendar. Come on down to Pere Marquette Park in downtown Milwaukee this Saturday, September 15th and experience the explosion of housing options available to prospective urban dwellers.

Coldwell Banker is sponsoring the Downtown Housing Expo portion of the event. The Expo, which takes place at Pere Marquette Park, is open between 11am and 4pm. Nearly all of the new downtown condominiums, including those proposed, under construction, or recently completed will be showcased.


Shorewest is sponsoring the Open House Tour portion of the event. Shorewest is sponsoring buses which will transport attendees, free of charge, to four distinct sections of the downtown and surrounding areas (East Side/Beerline/Brewers Hill, East Side/Lakefront, East Town/Westown, and Third Ward/Fifth Ward). The tour will begin at Noon and conclude at 4pm. Nearly 30 downtown area condominiums will be holding open houses during this weekend's tour.

Come join me this Saturday on the East Side/Beerline/Brewers Hill route. I will be playing 'tour guide' to those who will ride my bus. I will be providing information about the neighborhoods and condo projects along this route between Noon and 4pm this Saturday.
