The Business Journal of Milwaukee: Plaza East buildings on sale block, may fetch $70 million
The fourteen-story twin towers of The Plaza East office buildings in downtown Milwaukee are for sale. Tishman Speyer Properties of New York City own the twin towers along with GIC RE, which is the real estate investment arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. The Park East office buildings include 474,000-square-foot of office space and 1,230 parking spaces. Plaza East will be the third downtown Milwaukee class-A office building to be sold in the last two years.
