Sold! Lake Bluff at East Pointe! The Mandel Group decided to sell their 110-unit Lake Bluff apartments when low interest rates made rental properties less attractive and property sales more attractive. Lake Bluff was sold to Chicago investors for $27.5 million. It will be interesting to see if the Lake Bluff apartments will be converted into condominium ownership.
