The Business Journal of Milwaukee: Mandel acquires North Avenue land for development
The Mandel Group of Milwaukee has purchased a parcel along East North Avenue from Hometown Inc. This would be the second transaction involving Mandel and Hometown. Mandel previously acquired Hometown's 18,500-square-foot corporate office building on East North Avenue. Mandel plans to build a high-rise residential hall for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee on the former Hometown gas station.
