MLG Development Inc., is proposing a four-story office building located between North Water and North Edison on East Knapp. MLG is also proposing to develop 90 condos located between East Cherry and East Knapp along the Milwaukee River.
Many real estate professionals feel that Manpower's move to downtown will continue to spark the development potential within the Park East corridor.
