The Milwaukee Business Journal: Committee supports city aid for Manpower project
Part 2: This week, Mark Kass of The Business Journal reported that Manpower has received the financial support they needed from the city. Although, I am excited to see Manpower move their headquarters to downtown Milwaukee, I don't agree that the city should have assisted with the financing.
