The Business Journal of Milwaukee: Bradley Center picks Indy firm for project - Stores, restaurants add revenue stream to aging sports venue
CB Richard Ellis and Bradley Center officials have hired Lauth Property Group of Indianapolis to propose a retail and entertainment complex north of the Bradley Center. Lauth has a decent track record in creating high-quality, pedestrian-friendly retail developments.Lauth is proposing several restaurants and stores for those sports enthusiasts who want to spend some time in the area - before and after a game. Bradley Center officials are hoping to finalize a plan by early 2008.
