The Business Journal of Milwaukee: Zilber Ltd. to sell two downtown Milwaukee buildings
Hempel Properties of Minneapolis has contracted to purchase two of Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd's downtown Milwaukee buildings. The buildings are located at 633 West Wisconsin Avenue and 324 East Wisconsin Avenue.Proceeds from the sale of these buildings will help fund part of Zilber's estimated $205 million redevelopment project called The Brewery (former Pabst Brewing Company).
Redevelopment of The Brewery began earlier this year.
