JSOnline: East side condo tower proposed - Developer has units on market
Condominium developer, Peter Renner, has submitted a proposal to construct a 21-story, 104-unit condominium tower at 1132 East Knapp Street in Milwaukee's East Side neighborhood. Construction of Break Water Condominiums could begin as early as this fall if Renner can sell enough units by then. If everything goes according to plan, Renner estimates that Break Water will be complete within 18-24 months after construction begins. Condominium units will start at $225,000 for one-bedroom units, $450,000 for two-bedrooms units (with two bathrooms), and $1 million for penthouse units.Renner is not new to the downtown condominium market. His other developments include The Waterfront, The Harbor Front, and Hansen's Landing.
