The Business Journal of Milwaukee: Brewer's Hill shopping center development moving forward
Brewery Works Inc. has proposed to construct three buildings along the banks of the Milwaukee River in Milwaukee's Brewers Hill neighborhood. The entire development will add approximately 60,000-square-feet of retail space. The three-acre site is currently being used as a parking lot at the northeast corner of Pleasant and Commerce Streets. The proposal also includes an outdoor plaza and a river walk. At the time of this writing, it appears that Sendik's Food Market will be the anchor tenant.
