OnMilwaukee.Com: New Land Enterprises reveals possible future plans for Downer Avenue
New Land Enterprises of Milwaukee has a vision to bring life back to the Downer Avenue neighborhood. Pending approval from the City of Milwaukee, New Land plans to build residential and commercial spaces in the stagnant neighborhood. Part of New Land's plan is to construct an 11-story condominium which will include one- and two- bedroom units, as well as 11 penthouse units. Prices for this development will begin just under $200,000.
